not outdoor right now as you can see yesterday I trained really hard I'm sore
my legs upper body I'm kinda sore now so this is the deal I'm going to go for
stretches but first I have to do a bit of core to warm up and so on so let's do

nice vid!, as a tip, for frog I use blocks under my knees because my knees are wider than my mat. I hope to see more of your yoga practices.
